Join the Kenora Catholic District School Board as the Student Regulation and Engagement Lead. Drive initiatives that foster inclusive, trauma-informed learning in Kenora, Ontario. This permanent role is critical for leadership in developing and implementing behavioral support programs for students K-12.

You will provide mentorship, oversee training, and collaborate with teams to enhance student engagement and well-being. Your vision will shape inclusive educational practices while promoting positive behavioral interventions and trauma-informed strategies. Key Responsibilities:

- Drive the development of behavioral support programs across KCDSB
- Facilitate training in Nonviolent Crisis Intervention and Behavior Management
- Mentor staff and build capacity through coaching and consultation




- Lead professional development initiatives on Applied Behaviour Analysis and PBIS
- Collaborate with community partners to support complex student needs Requirements:
- Bachelor's in Education, Psychology, or Behavioral Science
- Experience with ABA services for children and youth
- Knowledge of Ontario's education system and special education
- Solid leadership and organizational skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities Influence student growth and well-being through effective behavioral support and engagement initiatives at KCDSB.
