Responsibilities

- Perform high-quality relaxation or therapeutic massage treatments within your current scope of student training.
- Conduct client intakes, assess physical conditions, and design safe, effective treatment plans under supervision.
- Maintain clean, sanitized, and professional treatment rooms in compliance with clinic health standards.
- Complete accurate, professional digital chart notes for every treatment.
- Actively engage with team members and mentors to implement feedback and level up your skills.

Requirements

- Current Enrollment: Must be currently enrolled in an accredited 2,200-hour Massage Therapy program.
- Association Membership: Eligible for a student membership and student liability insurance with a recognized Alberta massage association (e.g., MTAA, CRMTA, NHPC).
- Eagerness to Learn: A coachable attitude with a strong desire to absorb feedback and grow.
- Team First Mindset: Reliable, punctual, and excited to contribute to our collaborative studio culture.
