Insight Behavioural Health Inc. is hiring Senior ABA Therapists to provide home- and community-based ABA therapy to autistic children and youth.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about working with children, value evidence-based practice, and want to grow within a supportive clinical team. Services are provided with ongoing support from a Registered Behaviour Analyst (RBA).
Core Responsibilities
- Implement individualized ABA programs in a one-on-one setting
- Collect and record data accurately
- Complete session notes and documentation
- Communicate with caregivers and clinical team members
- Attend team meetings and training
- Prepare therapy materials as needed
- Independently support parent coaching (with RBA support)
- Independently administer assessments (ABLLS, AFLS, VB-MAPP) with RBA support
- Mentor and support Junior ABA Therapists
- Provide clinical feedback and recommendations to the RBA
Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Behavioural Sciences or related field
- 2+ years ABA experience
- Experience with assessments, program writing, parent coaching, and mentoring staff
- Availability during daytime and after-school hours
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Vulnerable Sector Check clearance

- Enrollment in or completion of a Master’s program in ABA
