We are a an indoor children’s entertainment centre designed for kids to play, explore, and have fun in a safe and welcoming environment.

Our facilities feature a variety of activities including indoor playgrounds, trampolines, obstacle courses, zip lines, bouncy attractions, ride-on activities, and more.

We are looking for a responsible, energetic, and organized Supervisor to help lead our team and oversee daily operations.

As a Supervisor, you will be responsible for supporting the management team and ensuring that the facility operates safely, efficiently, and professionally.

You will be a key leader on the floor and will help guide staff, assist customers, resolve issues, and maintain the stores standards throughout each shift.

Responsibilities

- Supervise and support staff during shifts in all roles
- Assign staff stations and ensure proper coverage
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and facility standards
- Assist with opening/closing procedures
- Handle customer questions and resolve concerns
- Monitor play areas and enforce safety rules
- Assist with POS,



admissions, memberships, and party bookings
- Handle incidents and complete reports when required
- Communicate operational issues and updates to management
- Help train and support new employees

What we are looking for

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Responsible, reliable, and organized
- Comfortable working with children and families
- Able to work in a quick-paced environment
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- FoodSafe and First Aid certification are assets
- Must be comfortable performing cleaning duties, including cleaning bodily fluids

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
