We are on the lookout for an energetic and motivated Supervisor or Manager to lead our dynamic food service team. Duties

- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, serving, and customer interactions to ensure smooth workflow.
- Lead and motivate team members by providing guidance, training, and ongoing support to foster a positive work environment.
- Oversee food handling procedures to maintain high standards of safety and hygiene in compliance with health regulations.
- Manage cash handling processes using POS systems such as Vexilor POS, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels, coordinate food ordering,



and ensure proper storage practices to minimize waste.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Experience

- Proven supervising or managerial experience within the food service or hospitality industry is essential.
- Hands-on experience with food preparation, cooking techniques, and food handling standards.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Vexilor POS or similar platforms for efficient cash handling.
- Robust leadership skills demonstrated through team management, interviewing, and training new employees.
- Knowledge of diverse roles such as bartending, barista work, hotel service, or serving can be advantageous.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with a solid understanding of food industry best practices to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
