We are seeking an experienced System Administrator - Windows & Linux with strong expertise in Windows and Linux operating systems, SCCM, Intune, patch management, vulnerability remediation, and application packaging.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and support Windows and Linux operating systems in enterprise environments.

- Manage software deployment, patching, and endpoint configuration using SCCM and Microsoft Intune.

- Perform patch and vulnerability management across servers, desktops, remote desktops, and virtual desktop environments.

- Identify, troubleshoot, and remediate security vulnerabilities.

- Support Remote Desktop Services (RDS) and Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments.

- Perform application packaging, deployment,



and troubleshooting.

- Support cloud-based environments and related infrastructure.

- Monitor system health and ensure security, availability, and compliance.

- Troubleshoot operating system, application, and endpoint-related issues.

- Follow ITSM processes for incident, change, and problem management.

Required Skills

- Strong Windows and Linux administration experience.

- Hands-on experience with SCCM and Microsoft Intune.

- Strong knowledge of patch and vulnerability management.

- Experience with Remote Desktop and Virtual Desktop patching and vulnerability remediation.

- Experience in application packaging and deployment.

- Knowledge of cloud environments.
