Experience supporting collaboration and messaging platforms in a large global enterprise environment (20,000+ users). Experience administering Slack Enterprise Grid in a large enterprise setting. Experience with Microsoft Graph, Exchange Online PowerShell, Google Apps Script, Google Workspace Admin APIs, or similar administrative automation tools. Experience implementing or supporting AI governance, enterprise AI capabilities, AI-powered automation, and collaboration platform integrations.
