- Identify creative sourcing strategies for pharmacy talent
- Support campus recruitment at University of Saskatchewan and Manitoba
- Manage international hiring and candidate assessments
- Build relationships with Store Resource Teams and HRBP’s
- Track recruitment activities through Workday and report to leaders Requirements:
- 5+ years in recruitment with agency experience preferred
- Solid networking and sourcing skills, including headhunting
- Proficient in social media for employer branding
- Experience with ATS, preferably Workday
