The Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Lending Support, the Team Lead, Funding & Dealer Services provides day-to-day leadership, operational oversight, and subject matter expertise to the Funding & Dealer Services team. This role plays an important part in fostering a high-performing, customer-focused environment by supporting team development, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the consistent execution of departmental processes and controls. As a key resource for team members and business partners, you will provide guidance on complex issues, support escalations, identify opportunities for process improvement, and promote operational efficiency.

Working closely with leadership, you will help maintain service standards, mitigate operational risk, support compliance requirements, and enhance the overall experience of customers, dealers, and internal teams.

- Workplace Model: In Office - Location: Edmonton, AB.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with the ability to work remotely if required. Minimal physical effort including sitting, standing, and bending. Regular use of a computer and frequent interaction with employees and external contacts.
- Salary Range: The salary range for this position is $61,691.79 to $83,465.37. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications, experience, skills, internal equity, market considerations, and other job-related factors.
- Deadline to Apply: September 25, 2026 Position Responsibilities Loan Processing & Administration - Support the administration of the loan portfolio by ensuring transactions, documentation, and records are processed accurately and in accordance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Investigate and resolve loan-related inquiries, discrepancies,



and operational issues from internal and external sources.
- Conduct quality control reviews and system validations to maintain data integrity and identify opportunities for improved efficiency and accuracy.
- Support reporting, compliance activities, audits, and risk management initiatives.
- Assist with loan funding, servicing, renewals, cancellations, and other loan administration activities.
- Contribute to the ongoing enhancement of departmental procedures, controls, and operational effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with dealers, business partners, and internal teams through responsive, professional, and solution-focused service.
- Respond to and resolve escalated inquiries and operational issues in accordance with policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Support the administration and maintenance of security registrations and related documentation while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Partner with internal departments to support operational and business requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, operational efficiency, and the overall experience of customers and dealers. Leadership & Team Development - Provide training, coaching, guidance, and knowledge sharing to team members while serving as a departmental subject matter resource.
- Coordinate workflows and monitor operational volumes to support service levels, productivity, and team effectiveness.
- Support the Manager in maintaining departmental standards, mitigating operational risk, and ensuring consistent execution of processes and controls.
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and supporting initiatives that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Assist with departmental communications, employee development efforts, recruitment activities, and onboarding programs.

What You

Bring to the Table Required Qualifications - High school diploma or equivalent.

- Minimum 4 years of experience in administrative, operational, customer service, leadership, or related roles.
- Demonstrated leadership experience through formal or informal responsibilities such as coaching, mentoring, training, project leadership, volunteer leadership, or team coordination.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing competing priorities.
- Strong organizational, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- High attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams.
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.





Preferred Qualifications - Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.

- Knowledge of retail lending products, lending operations, and credit terminology.
- Experience supporting process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency projects.
