We are seeking a dynamic Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of our busy studio in Cold Lake. The ideal candidate will be a motivated leader with a passion for customer service and exceptional organizational skills.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

- Oversee day to day operations, and team performance
- Handle store inventory, ordering, and merchandising
- Ensure smooth studio operations and exceptional customer service
- Recruit, train, and mentor new staff members
- Weekly reporting and organizing staff call outs

Experience:
- Proven experience in a leadership role
- Solid organizational skills with attention to detail
- Previous experience in retail or studio leadership is preferred but will train the right candidate.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively




- Proficiency in recruiting and training staff
- Sales experience is a must

In addition to an hourly wage, we also offer a commission and bonus package. This position requires a mix of days, evenings and rotating weekends on a consistent schedule. Join our team as a Team Leader and be part of a fun environment where your leadership skills can shine!
