Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to company standards, ensuring quality and presentation.
- Operate the POS system, including Micros POS, accurately handling orders and transactions.
- Provide friendly and effective customer service, addressing guest needs promptly and professionally.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy during cashiering duties.




- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities.
- Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for guests and team members.

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, order accuracy, and inventory management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
