1. Project Management, Agentic AI, SCRUM, stakeholder management
2. Program Governance & Risk Management: Implement robust governance for complex, interconnected projects, proactively managing scope, budget, and timelines while mitigating risks on both waterfall and agile projects.
3. Stakeholder Management & Communication: Expertly manage and communicate with diverse stakeholders, from engineers to executives, ensuring alignment and managing expectations.
4. Business & Strategic Acumen: Connect program outcomes to tangible business value (e.g., ROI, TCO), thinking beyond project schedules to drive strategic customer goals.
5. Technical Background: Possess solid cloud technology knowledge (infra, data, dev) to facilitate technical discussions, understand dependencies, and earn the trust of engineering teams.
