Job Summary

Frisa Farms is seeking 2–3 reliable and motivated Temporary General Labourers to assist with the assembly and installation of systems used in laying hen operations. This is a one-month contract position requiring individuals who are mechanically inclined, comfortable using hand and power tools, and able to work efficiently in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble laying hen equipment according to specifications.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Complete detailed assembly tasks requiring valuable fine motor skills and attention to detail.
- Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain a clean work area.
- Work independently or as part of a team to meet project timelines.
- Perform other general labour duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

- Fast-paced work environment.
- Standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive hand movements throughout the day.
- Indoor and outdoor work required depending on project needs.

Qualifications

Experience Required

- Experience using hand and power tools is required.
- Mechanically inclined with the ability to learn new assembly processes.
- Strong fine motor skills and attention to detail.




- Physically capable of standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks.
- Previous assembly, construction, manufacturing, or farm-related experience is an asset.
