Territory Sales Executive – B2B Field Sales

Multiple Positions Available | Lower Mainland, BC

Enviro-Master of Vancouver West is expanding its sales team and is looking for driven Territory Sales Executives to develop new B2B customers across assigned territories in the Lower Mainland.

We are currently hiring for up to three positions, with dedicated sales territories including Burnaby, New Westminster, and Delta/Tsawwassen.

This is a true field sales hunter role. It is not primarily an account management, inside sales, or inbound lead position.

If you enjoy getting out from behind a desk, meeting businesses face to face, finding decision makers, creating opportunities, building your own pipeline, and closing new business, this role is designed for you.

What You'll Do

- Prospect new B2B customers through consistent in-person field outreach
- Build your own pipeline through walk-ins, cold outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic follow-up
- Maintain a high level of daily field prospecting activity
- Connect with business owners, general managers, facility managers, operations leaders, property managers, and other decision makers
- Conduct in office facility assessments to understand customer needs and identify appropriate service opportunities
- Present Enviro-Master service solutions and recommend programs based on each customer's facility and requirements
- Prepare and present quotations and proposals
- Handle objections, negotiate within approved guidelines, and confidently ask for the business
- Maintain disciplined follow-up from initial contact through closing
- Develop strong knowledge of your assigned territory and create efficient weekly prospecting plans
- Use our CRM daily to document visits, contacts, opportunities, proposals, follow-ups, and deal status
- Maintain an accurate and active sales pipeline
- Coordinate with our operations team to ensure a smooth handoff after a new customer is signed

What Success Looks Like Following training and the initial ramp-up period, successful Territory Sales Executives are expected to demonstrate:

- Consistent in-person prospecting activity
- A steady flow of qualified opportunities, appointments, proposals, and follow-ups
- Accurate daily CRM activity and pipeline management
- Strong territory planning and follow-up discipline
- Consistent achievement of assigned new business and recurring service sales targets
- Ongoing improvement in conversion and closing performance

We measure both activity and results. This position is best suited to someone who enjoys owning a territory, creating opportunities independently, and being accountable for their own sales performance.

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years of B2B field sales, outside sales, or recent business development experience preferred
- Fluent in spoken and written English, with strong professional communication skills
- Additional language skills are considered an asset

- A self starter with the initiative and discipline to create opportunities without waiting for direction or leads
- Comfortable initiating conversations with new people and approaching businesses without a prior appointment
- Demonstrated comfort with cold prospecting and face-to-face business development
- Experience independently creating sales opportunities rather than relying primarily on inbound leads or pre-set appointments
- Emotionally intelligent, with the ability to read people, adapt your communication style, and build rapport with different personalities
- Resilient and comfortable with rejection, with the ability to stay positive and persistent without taking unsuccessful interactions personally
- Able to maintain confidence, professionalism, and momentum when prospects say no or opportunities do not move forward
- Strong discovery, objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong organization, time management, and follow-up discipline
- Strong personal accountability and the ability to manage an assigned territory with limited day-to-day supervision
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment where sales activity, pipeline development, and results are measured
- Coachable, receptive to performance feedback, and willing to adjust your approach based on results
- Willing to learn our services, pricing approach, and sales process and apply coaching in the field
- Comfortable using a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or a comparable platform
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365, mobile applications, digital communication tools, and navigation or route-planning technology
- Professional in appearance, communication, and conduct when representing the company in the field
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability to travel daily throughout an assigned Lower Mainland territory

Experience That Transfers Well We are particularly interested in candidates who are currently or recently selling B2B products or services within the Lower Mainland and understand how to develop a geographic territory.

Relevant experience may include

- Uniform and linen services
- Commercial sanitation or cleaning services
- Pest control
- Waste and recycling services
- Workplace supplies
- Security services
- Commercial telecommunications
- Food-service or beverage distribution
- Other recurring B2B service environments

Experience in a high-activity field sales environment where you were responsible for prospecting, developing your own pipeline, and closing new accounts is especially valuable. Industry experience is an asset,

but attitude, drive, resilience, and the ability to create new business are equally important to us.

Compensation & Benefits

- Competitive base salary
- Uncapped performance-based commission on new business
- Additional earning opportunities for strong sales performance
- Opportunity to earn ongoing residual compensation based on qualifying territory revenue
- Business mileage reimbursement
- Monthly cellphone allowance
- Paid time off
- Flexible schedule with accountability for field activity and results

Our compensation structure is designed to reward consistent new business development and provide meaningful earning growth for high-performing sales professionals. Training & Development

Successful candidates will complete a structured onboarding and training program that includes service and product knowledge, sales methodology, CRM training, pricing and quoting, field prospecting, and sales coaching.

Training is designed to establish a strong foundation quickly. As you progress through the ramp-up period, you will be expected to demonstrate increasing independence in territory planning, prospecting, quoting, follow-up, CRM management, and closing.
