Key Responsibilities
- Supervise shift operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Lead, coach, and support team members during shifts.
- Ensure excellent customer service and resolve guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation according to Tim Hortons standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, sanitation, and health and safety standards throughout the restaurant.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and reconciliation.
- Support scheduling, training, and onboarding of new team members.
- Track inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and brand standards.
- Help meet sales, productivity, and labour goals by managing workflow effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous experience in food service,
quick service restaurant, or retail supervision preferred.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math and cash handling skills.
- Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
