We’re looking for a hands-on, 5 Star Tire Tech to join our team! If you’re the kind of person who loves working with cars, doesn’t mind getting a little dirty, and takes pride in doing things right the first time, you’ll fit right in. You’ll be the go-to expert making sure our customers hit the road safely with top-notch tires and service.
What You’ll Do
- Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires (you’ll get pretty valuable at this).
- Check tires for wear, damage, and air pressure like a pro.
- Travel from location of customers and fleets
- Talk to customers, explain what’s up with their tires, and help them find the best options.
- Help out with tire sales and other shop tasks when needed.
- Work as part of a tight-knit team to get jobs done on time and done right.
- Lift and move tires and equipment (yeah, it’s a bit of a workout).
What You Bring
- Basic mechanical know-how and interest in cars or trucks.
- Experience using hand tools and power tools (or a willingness to learn fast).
- Valuable communication and people skills — we take customer service seriously.
- Experience in auto repair or a shop environment is a bonus, not a dealbreaker.
- Reliable, safety-minded, and not afraid of some heavy lifting.
