Seasonal Winter Position | Residential Snow Clearing

Total Snow Solutions Inc. is looking for reliable, experienced Residential Tractor Operators to join our winter snow-clearing team in the St. John’s area.

The successful candidate will operate a tractor equipped with a snowblower and/or snow-clearing attachment to maintain residential driveways and properties safely and efficiently throughout the winter season.

Responsibilities

- Operate tractor and snow-clearing equipment safely and efficiently
- Explicit snow from residential driveways and designated areas
- Complete routes efficiently while maintaining a high standard of service
- Monitor weather conditions and respond to snow events as required
- Perform daily equipment inspections and report mechanical issues
- Follow company safety procedures and winter operations policies
- Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers
- Work independently while staying in communication with supervisors
- Assist with other snow-clearing duties when required

Qualifications
- Previous tractor or heavy equipment operating experience preferred
- Experience operating snowblowers or snow-removal equipment is an asset
- Valid driver’s licence
- Ability to work outdoors in challenging winter weather
- Reliable transportation to and from work




- Strong attention to safety and detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be dependable and available during snow events, including evenings, weekends and holidays when required

Start Date: Weather dependent / Fall 2026

Compensation: Salary paid position. Guaranteed pay every week.
