As our company continues to grow, we are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented tradesperson to become an integral part of our team. The successful candidate should be customer focused, thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repair tasks which includes basic plumbing & electrical work as well as patching drywall, painting and flooring installation across rental portfolio.
The candidate should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
- Minimum three years of experience as a handyman or maintenance technician.
- Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical,
and general building maintenance.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends or holidays when needed.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle with 2M liability insurance.
- Must own hand tools.
- Must have a clean criminal record.
Pay: $27.00-$37.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
