Unity Health Toronto seeks a TIDES Educator to lead trauma-informed de-escalation education across sites. You will translate evidence into practice, design curricula, and coach staff to advance patient care and staff safety. The role requires solid facilitation and collaboration with clinical educators, physicians, and leaders, with travel across Unity Health sites and occasional evenings and weekends.
