Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dependable Truck Driver to join our team as a Grain Hauler in Ontario and Quebec. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic agricultural operation, transporting grain efficiently and safely across various routes. The ideal candidate will be energetic, safety-conscious, and ready to contribute to our mission of delivering quality service.

Responsibilities

- Safely operate commercial trucks to transport grain between farms, storage facilities, and processing locations within Ontario & Quebec.
- Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with transportation regulations.
- Load and unload grain using heavy equipment such as forklifts, ensuring proper handling and securement.
- Maintain accurate records of freight movements, delivery logs, and vehicle inspections.
- Perform basic automotive repairs and troubleshooting when necessary to keep trucks in optimal condition.
- Follow all safety protocols related to heavy equipment operation, freight handling,



and driving regulations.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, farm personnel, and other team members to coordinate deliveries.

Qualifications

- Valid commercial driver’s license (AZ) with appropriate endorsements for hauling freight in Canada.
- Experience operating varies trailers; end dump, flat deck and b-train experience at asset.
- Knowledge of freight handling procedures and safety standards for grain transportation.
- Ability to perform basic truck maintenance/repairs and troubleshoot mechanical issues.
- Strong understanding of commercial driving regulations within Ontario and Quebec.
- Prior experience in agricultural or logistics industries is preferred but not required.
