Receptionist

Are you passionate about animals, enjoy working with people, and looking to be part of a supportive veterinary team?

We are looking for a Full-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team for 32–40 hours per week.

As one of the first faces and voices our clients encounter, you'll play an key role in creating a positive experience for our clients and their pets. Your day will include:

- Greeting clients and their pets and making them feel welcome
- Answering phones and scheduling appointments
- Communicating with clients in person, by phone, and electronically
- Processing payments and assisting with general administrative duties
- Working closely with our Veterinarians, RVTs, ACAs, and reception team
- Helping keep the day organized and running smoothly
- Providing compassionate customer service, including during emotional or challenging situations

An Important Part of being a veterinary receptionist

Veterinary medicine can be incredibly rewarding, but it isn't always glamorous! You must be comfortable dealing with the messier side of animal care, including urine, feces, vomit, blood,



and cleaning up the occasional unexpected accident. Reception can be busy and unpredictable, so we're looking for someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, multitask, and keep a positive attitude when the day gets hectic.
