Oakpark Pet Hospital is looking for a friendly, professional, and experienced Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We’re looking for someone who understands the fast-paced nature of veterinary reception and genuinely enjoys building relationships with clients and their pets.
What You’ll Do
- Welcome clients and their pets with warmth and empathy.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and respond to client inquiries.
- Manage patient records, payments, and front-desk responsibilities.
- Communicate effectively with clients and the veterinary team.
- Provide a positive, compassionate experience for clients, even during stressful situations.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous veterinary reception or veterinary hospital experience.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong organization and the ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- A calm, positive, and professional approach.
- A genuine love for animals and a passion for helping people.
