About RE/MAX Millennium

RE/MAX Millennium is a leading real estate brokerage serving the Greater Toronto Area. We are looking for a creative, energetic, and hands-on Videographer & Social Media Content Specialist to join our marketing team and help strengthen our digital presence across social media platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being behind and in front of the camera, understands social media trends, and can take an idea from concept → shoot → edit → publish → engagement.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable independently handling the complete content creation process—from planning and filming to editing, posting, and monitoring performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, property listings, agent profiles, events, and corporate initiatives.
- Capture photos and videos during office events, team activities, property shoots, agent content sessions, and other marketing activities.
- Operate cameras, lighting, microphones, gimbals, and other relevant production equipment.
- Set up appropriate lighting, framing, audio, and backgrounds for professional-quality content.
- Capture both planned and spontaneous content suitable for short-form social media.

Video Editing & Content Creation
- Edit videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Create engaging short-form videos using strong hooks, transitions, captions, music, graphics, and other editing techniques.
- Repurpose longer videos and existing content into multiple social media assets.
- Add subtitles, branding, logos, animations, and other visual elements where appropriate.
- Ensure all content is polished, on-brand, and optimized for the platform it is being published on.

Social Media Management
- Manage and maintain RE/MAX Millennium’s social media pages and content calendar.
- Schedule and publish posts, reels, stories, videos, and other content across relevant platforms.
- Write engaging captions and appropriate calls-to-action.




- Stay up to date with current social media trends, formats, sounds, hashtags, and content styles.
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and overall page activity.
- Coordinate with agents and internal teams to collect content and identify opportunities for social media posts.
- Maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure content is published on time.

Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop creative ideas for real estate, agent, lifestyle, community, recruitment, and brokerage-related content.
- Assist in developing monthly and weekly content calendars.
- Identify trending content formats and adapt them to the real estate industry.
- Recommend new ideas and creative approaches to increase reach and engagement.
- Track content performance and use insights to improve future content.

Real Estate & Agent Content
- Work with real estate agents to create personal branding and social media content.
- Assist agents with video concepts, scripts, filming, and editing.
- Create listing videos, property tours, agent introduction videos, market updates, educational content, testimonials, and promotional videos.
- Coordinate content shoots and ensure deliverables are completed within agreed timelines.

Qualifications & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in videography, video production, content creation, or social media.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video shooting and editing skills.
- Proficiency with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
- Experience creating short-form video content and Reels/Shorts.
- Knowledge of photography, lighting, framing, composition, and audio recording.




- Ability to operate professional cameras and basic production equipment.
- Strong understanding of social media trends and what makes content engaging.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong creative instincts.
- Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple shoots, projects, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Comfortable working with real estate agents, executives, and different personalities.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the complete content process.

Nice to Have
- Experience working in real estate, marketing, or personal branding.
- Experience managing business social media accounts.
- Experience with drone photography/videography and/or relevant certification.
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator.
- Experience with social media analytics and reporting.
- Understanding of real estate marketing and GTA real estate trends.
- Experience creating content specifically designed for lead generation.

What We’re Looking For We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, and hands-on. You should be comfortable taking an idea and turning it into finished content without needing to be involved in every step.

The right candidate will have a strong eye for visual storytelling, understand what performs well on social media, and be able to balance creativity with the professional standards of a real estate brokerage.
