Graze & Gather is looking for a dependable, energetic Warehouse & Fulfillment Coordinator to keep our food hub organized, stocked and moving.

We work with local farmers and food producers to bring fresh, thoughtfully grown food to households, restaurants and other community partners. Behind every delivery is a warehouse that needs to run accurately and efficiently. That’s where you come in.

This is a hands-on role. You’ll be responsible for picking and preparing customer orders each morning, supporting our Purchasing Manager with inventory, keeping products and packaging properly stocked, and maintaining a clean, safe and organized warehouse.

We’re looking for someone who works quickly without getting sloppy, communicates clearly and takes ownership of what needs to be done.

What you’ll be responsible for

- Picking retail and wholesale orders accurately and efficiently
- Making sure completed orders are organized and ready for the delivery team on time
- Receiving products from farmers and suppliers
- Checking incoming products for quantity, quality and accuracy
- Restocking shelves, coolers, freezers, packaging and other supplies
- Supporting the Purchasing Manager with inventory counts and stock management
- Identifying shortages, discrepancies, damaged products and quality concerns
- Rotating inventory and monitoring best-before dates to reduce spoilage and food waste
- Keeping the warehouse, coolers, freezers and picking areas clean and organized
- Breaking down boxes, managing waste and maintaining explicit work areas
- Helping improve warehouse organization and picking processes
- Communicating clearly with purchasing, packing and delivery staff
- Pitching in wherever needed during busy periods

You’ll be a strong fit if you





- Move with urgency and enjoy physically active work
- Can lift and carry at least 50 pounds safely and repeatedly
- Are comfortable working in refrigerated and freezer environments
- Pay close attention to quantities, product names and order details
- Can work quickly while maintaining accuracy
- Are organized and able to see what needs doing without being chased
- Communicate clearly when something is missing, damaged or doesn’t make sense
- Take pride in keeping a workspace clean and orderly
- Are dependable and consistently arrive ready to work
- Work well as part of a small team where everyone contributes

Previous warehouse, inventory, grocery, food-service or order-fulfillment experience is an asset, but attitude, reliability and attention to detail matter just as much. About Graze & Gather
