About the Role

We are seeking a motivated, hands-on Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations while actively participating in warehouse activities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading by example, ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining inventory accuracy, and supporting a safe and productive work environment.

The successful candidate will split their time between supervisory responsibilities and physical warehouse duties, ensuring orders are received, picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

- Lead, coach, and support warehouse team members in daily operations.
- Assign and prioritize workloads to meet operational deadlines.
- Train new employees on warehouse procedures, safety practices, and company standards.
- Monitor productivity and quality to ensure operational goals are met.
- Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Warehouse Duties
- Receive, inspect, and accurately put away incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders.
- Load and unload trucks using material handling equipment.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain warehouse organization and cleanliness.
- Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures.
- Inventory & Quality Control
- Monitor stock levels and report replenishment needs.
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
- Ensure product accuracy and proper documentation.




- Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes and efficiency.

Qualifications

Required

- 3+ years of warehouse experience.
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
- Solid understanding of inventory control and warehouse operations.
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and warehouse software.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical warehouse work throughout the day.
- Forklift certification.
- Experience with ERP, WMS, or inventory management systems.
- Familiarity with shipping and receiving documentation.

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
