Trade Development Strategies Inc. is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse & IT Hardware Assistant to join our team in Kingston.

We buy and sell enterprise computer hardware including servers, storage, hard drives, memory and other IT equipment. This role combines hands-on warehouse work with inventory management and basic computer hardware handling.

The position can be part time or full-time, depending on the right candidate.

Responsibilities

- Receive, unpack and organize incoming IT equipment
- Pick, pack and prepare customer shipments
- Accurately record part numbers, serial numbers and inventory
- Assist with inventory counts and warehouse audits
- Photograph and identify computer hardware
- Help dismantle servers and sort components such as memory, drives and processors
- Label, organize and store inventory
- Assist with basic hardware testing as experience develops
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized and efficient
- Safely lift and move equipment up to approximately 50 lbs

What We're Looking For Warehouse or shipping/receiving experience is helpful, but not required. Computer, electronics or IT hardware experience is also an asset.





More important to us is someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable with computers, good with details and willing to learn.

Basic computer skills are required.

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 30.0 per week
