Become an After School Educator at Umbrella Family and Child Centres in Dundas, Ontario, focusing on child development and safety. This part-time opportunity offers fulfilling engagement with children.

This permanent role averages 16.5 hours weekly, from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You will be responsible for creating play-based learning experiences that meet developmental needs while ensuring children's safety and enjoyment.

Additionally, you will help facilitate smooth transitions for children entering the program.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome families and children professionally
- Support children in self-regulation and social interactions
- Engage in meaningful programming and activities

Requirements:

- Early Childhood Education Diploma and valuable standing
- Related childcare experience required
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities

- CPR Level C and First Aid certification required
