Age Care is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Calgary to join our team. You will report to the Director of Care and provide planned, patient-centered nursing care in line with provincial standards.

Responsibilities include completing assessments, care plans, documentation, and medication administration while coordinating with the care team and Directors of Care for resident moves and transfers. A solid leadership mindset and Age Care values are essential.
