We are seeking a Family Law Partner/Senior Associate with 5+ years of relevant experience to help establish and grow a family law practice within an established legal platform. Candidates with partnership experience, with or without an existing client base, are welcome.
Responsibilities
Handle and manage family law matters independently.
Develop and grow a successful family law practice.
Leverage existing firm infrastructure, operational support, and community presence.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Contribute to practice development, marketing, and business growth.
Manage files effectively while delivering high-quality client service.
Qualifications
5+ years of relevant family law experience.
Partnership or senior associate experience is an asset.
Candidates with or without an existing client base will be considered.
Highly motivated and self-starting.
Robust academic background.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong client relationship and practice-development abilities.
Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in building a family law practice.
