Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for leading warehouse operations on the assigned shift, ensuring a safe, productive, and customer-focused work environment. This role oversees team performance, operational efficiency, quality standards, and employee development while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities - Lead and support warehouse team members to achieve operational, productivity, and customer service objectives.

- Plan and schedule labour resources to meet daily workload demands while controlling costs.
- Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate operational priorities, safety expectations, and performance goals.
- Monitor workflow and ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped accurately and on time.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and service levels.
- Coach, mentor, and develop employees through regular feedback, training, and performance management.
- Foster a positive, accountable, and inclusive workplace culture focused on employee engagement and teamwork.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by ensuring service expectations are met.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, customer requirements, and health and safety regulations.
- Investigate operational issues, implement corrective actions, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain accurate labour, attendance,



and operational records.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Experience - Minimum 5 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience; 3PL experience is considered an asset.

- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced operational setting.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory processes, and shipping activities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and make sound decisions.
- Strong attendance record and commitment to workplace safety.

Work Schedule - Monday to Thursday, 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM (10-Hours Shift) - Full time position - During the training and onboarding period, flexibility may be required to work alternate shifts or hours as needed
