Warehouse Inventory Controller / Reach Truck Operator

Position Overview

DelGate Logistics is looking for an experienced Warehouse Inventory Controller / Reach Truck Operator. This is not an entry-level forklift position.

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy while safely operating a reach truck in a high-rack warehouse. We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable working with warehouse software and inventory records.

Responsibilities

- Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently
- Place and retrieve pallets from high-rack locations
- Complete cycle counts and inventory checks
- Investigate missing, damaged or incorrectly located inventory
- Maintain accurate pallet quantities and warehouse locations
- Update inventory movements using scanners and warehouse software
- Verify inbound and outbound shipments
- Report inventory discrepancies to management
- Assist with receiving, picking,



staging and shipping
- Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment

Requirements
- Minimum two years of recent reach-truck experience
- Experience operating a reach truck in a high-rack warehouse
- Previous inventory-control or cycle-counting experience
- Comfortable using RF scanners and warehouse software
- Basic computer and data-entry skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of inventory accuracy
- Valid Valid lifting up to 50 lbs
- Valid forklift certification is preferred
- Must successfully complete a practical reach-truck driving test

Compensation
- Annual salary of $41,600–$56,160
- Final salary will depend on reach-truck experience, inventory-control knowledge and computer skills
- Full-time, permanent position

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
