Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Car Wash Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring that vehicles are cleaned to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cleanliness and a commitment to delivering an outstanding experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their car wash selections.
- Perform exterior washing, waxing, and detailing of vehicles using appropriate cleaning products and techniques.
- Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly and report any issues to management.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including washing bays and waiting areas.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Assist in training new staff members on proper car wash procedures and customer service techniques.




- Uphold safety standards by following all operational protocols and guidelines.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required.
- Solid attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift items up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour
