Our growing company is looking for a reliable, experienced cleaner to clean an apartment building in Kitchener for 40 hours per week. There is a mix of light and heavy duty cleaning tasks to be done. There will be some customer service responsibilities such as assisting residents, conducting elevator bookings, providing trades access, etc. We are looking for an emphasis on reliability and attention to detail. Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm.

Job requirements

Applicants must take pride in their work and be invested in providing tenants with a clean living environment. The position also requires that any issues we observe such as leaks, security issues, etc., be communicated to management. The candidate must conduct themselves in a qualified manner at all times and be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own.

Being a self starter and having a good work ethic is an absolute must. Looking for candidates with experience cleaning such things as windows, bathrooms, hallways/stairwells, lounge, elevators, etc. More physically involved tasks include maintaining garbage rooms, moving around compactor garbage bins, filling softener salt, mopping large areas, etc.

Responsibilities





- Handling keys and FOB’s
- Working in a safe manner
- Reporting any damage to properties (i.e. emailing pictures)
- Reporting any unsafe conditions
- Use personal protective equipment as required
- Executing elevator move bookings
- Monitoring levels of supplies

Working conditions: Applicants must be available to work Monday to Friday, 11am to 7pm.
