Responsibilities

- Prepare food items efficiently and according to company standards, maintaining high quality and safety protocols
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and addressing inquiries or concerns promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations, dining areas, and food handling zones in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist in upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely order fulfillment and smooth restaurant flow




- Follow all food handling procedures, sanitation standards, and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers

Experience

- Prior food preparation or food service experience is preferred but not required; we provide comprehensive training for all new team members
- Experience with cashiering or operating POS systems such as Micros POS is advantageous
- Strong customer service background with excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and basic math skills for cash handling and order accuracy
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory; enthusiasm to learn is most important
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- A positive attitude, teamwork spirit, and eagerness to deliver memorable guest experiences
