Your job purpose :

Reporting to the Head of IT, the Web Developer (Full Stack) will work with our team of developers and our AI models, alongside the Sales, Comms and Design teams to continuously improve our portal platform, evolve it by developing key features and applications and maintain a great user experience for all our customers internal and external. This person will be part of the entire product life cycle from the design, development, deployment, testing and maintenance of new and existing features.

How you will make an impact:

- Develop, maintain and support our B2B web portal both Front End and Back End;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the best user experience and functionality, both internally and externally;




- Partner with the Data team to ensure portal data is clean and ready for business insights and future data warehouse integration;
- Monitor web analytics (Google Analytics, Core Web Vitals) and recommend improvements to traffic, engagement, and conversion rates;
- Write well designed, testable and efficient code by using the best software development practices;
- Troubleshoot, fix and debug issues as they arise;
- Work with our UX/UI Designer to create website layout/user interface and match visual design when necessary;
- Manage deployments and version control via platforms such as Vercel and GitHub;
- Create and maintain software documentation;
- Stay up to date with AI, emerging technologies, industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.

Knowledge and skills required

- 3+ years working experience in web programming;
- Experience with B2B Client Portal development, business apps and experience with B2C is an asset;
- Experience with NextJS / React, Angular, or other modern JavaScript libraries;
- Experience with PHP framework especially Laravel
- Proven experimentation with coding using AI frontier models
- Experience developing on an AWS backend;
- Top-notch programming skills and in-depth knowledge of modern HTML/CSS;
- Solid Experience with SQL;
- Experience using Docker is an asset;
- Experience with the Agile development process;
- Experience with third-party API integration (Monday.com, Google, Atlassian, Salesforce, etc.);
- Solid knowledge of SEO and GEO (AIO) tactics.;
- Bilingual English and French as you will work on multi-site projects (Canada and U.S).
