Wellness Guide - Full Time or Part Time

In your role as Wellness Guide, you will be on the front lines of upholding an open and friendly vibe with your lightness of being and warm engagement with customers.

Main Tasks:

- Customer Engagement: Provide an exceptional customer experience by listening to client needs and providing informed recommendations
- Product Knowledge: Have a base-level of knowledge you will continually build upon on and off shifts to develop greater wisdom about the body and how our products can assist our customers reaching their health goals
- Process customer transactions: Attention to detail checking out customers on the till, handling cash and payments, refunds and returns
- Customer communication: In-person on the floor, as well as through email and phone inquiries
- Shop maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked, inviting space
- Community/Connection: Building friendly relationships with customers

Knowledge & Experience to Have or Acquire:

- Ongoing or completed formal studies in any natural wellness discipline (ie. holistic nutrition, herbalism, TCM)
- Customer service experience
