WNHAC is seeking a Home and Community Care Personal Support Worker for a 12-month full time contract. You will work with our HCC Nurse and clients to develop and monitor care plans, provide supportive personal care, and assist with mobility, meals, and daily living activities in a wholistic Indigenous care setting. Travel to client sites is required, along with maintaining records and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
