Duties
- Assist with the fermentation, blending, and bottling processes to produce premium wines.
- Operate packaging equipment efficiently to ensure proper filling and sealing of bottles.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the production facility to comply with food safety regulations.
- Follow all safety protocols related to food safety, sanitation, and equipment operation to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Prior experience or familiarity with packaging, manufacturing, or food processing is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge or aptitude for troubleshooting equipment issues is beneficial.
- Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and performing quality checks.
- Strong understanding of sanitation practices and food safety standards in a manufacturing setting.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and adherence to safety guidelines.
- Previous experience in the food industry or related manufacturing fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
