Window Cleaning Technician — Premium Shine

About Us

Premium Shine is a growing home exterior services company serving homeowners across [service area]. We built this business on one idea: do the job properly, every time, and treat the customer's home like it's your own. We're expanding, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us — not just fill a shift.

The Role

You'll be running window cleaning jobs at residential properties, mostly on your own. That means arriving on time in a company vehicle, assessing the job, working efficiently without cutting corners, and leaving the customer impressed enough to call us back next season. We use water-fed cleaning systems, so you will not always be working on a ladder.

Day to day

- Clean interior and exterior windows, screens and tracks to a high standard
- Operate and maintain filtration systems, waterfed poles, pumps and other equipment
- Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites and manage your route
- Communicate directly with homeowners — confirm scope, answer questions, walk the job at completion
- Keep tools, equipment and the vehicle clean, organized and in working order
- Follow safety procedures on every job, no exceptions
- Take on other exterior services work as the business grows

What We're Looking For

- Strong attention to detail — you notice the streak, the missed corner, the smudge on the glass, and are wary of all things in your area of work
- Comfortable working independently and managing your own day
- Genuine customer service skills; professional and personable with homeowners




- Physically capable of ladder work, long days and outdoor conditions in all weather
- Organized, reliable and willing to take accountability!!
- Valid G or G2 licence and access to your own vehicle to get to our shop (you'll drive a company vehicle on the job)
- Willing to work extended hours during peak season

Assets (Not Required)

- Experience in contracting, construction or the skilled trades
- Previous window cleaning, pressure washing or exterior services work
- Working at Heights and/or ladder safety certification
- Clean driving record
