Pathstone Mental Health seeks a Social Worker/Registered Therapist 1 to support the Youth Justice program in Niagara. This unionized, temporary full time role delivers early intervention services within youth courts and builds connections to community resources. The therapist conducts assessments, develops service plans, and leads Choice and Partnership appointments to implement the CAPA model, ensuring client privacy and virtual service options where appropriate.
