About the Position

BeauteSync Inc. is looking for a reliable, hardworking, and physically capable Logistics & Warehouse Associate to join our growing team in Mississauga.

This position supports our daily warehouse and logistics operations, including picking and packing orders, receiving inventory, preparing shipments, assisting with customer pickups, organizing products, and maintaining a clean and safe warehouse.

The ideal candidate is punctual, responsible, detail-oriented, and comfortable performing physical warehouse work.

Key Responsibilities

- Pick, verify, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately
- Receive, inspect, count, and organize incoming inventory
- Load and unload boxes, pallets, furniture, and salon equipment
- Prepare shipping labels, packing slips, and products for courier pickup or customer collection
- Verify SKUs, quantities, shipping information, and special order requirements before products leave the warehouse
- Move, organize, and store products safely within the warehouse
- Assist customers, couriers, and delivery drivers with pickups and loading
- Assist with inventory counts, stock checks, and replenishment
- Report damaged, missing, or incorrect products to the supervisor promptly
- Keep warehouse aisles, loading areas, workstations,



and equipment clean and organized
- Follow all warehouse procedures and workplace safety requirements
- Perform other general warehouse and logistics duties as assigned

Requirements

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Able to lift and move products weighing up to 30 kg
- Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, lifting, and performing warehouse duties throughout the shift
- Able to commute reliably to our Mississauga location
- Reliable, punctual, responsible, and hardworking
- Able to follow instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately and on time
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and organizational skills
- Able to communicate effectively in English to understand work instructions and safety procedures
- Flexible and willing to assist with different warehouse duties as required

Preferred Qualifications

The following experience is an asset but is not required:

- Warehouse, shipping, receiving, order picking, packing, inventory handling, moving, or logistics experience
- Experience using pallet jacks, dollies, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment
- Experience handling furniture, salon equipment,



or other large or fragile products
- Forklift or tow-motor experience

Work ScheduleFull-Time Position

- Five working days per week
- Must be available to work on Saturdays when scheduled
- The five working days and regular day off will be arranged according to the weekly schedule and business needs
- Continued employment will depend on performance, reliability, attendance, and business needs

Part-Time Position

- Approximately 3–4 working days per week
- Applicants must provide their weekly availability
- Saturday availability is preferred
- Working days and hours may vary according to workload and business needs
- Additional hours may be available
- There may be an opportunity to transition to full-time employment based on performance, reliability, availability, and business needs
