About the Position
The Project Coordinator is responsible for sourcing and coordinating technicians to perform installation work for our clients. This position will be the assigned the larger scale project rollouts. The coordinator maintains the technician’s daily schedules and creates news dispatches as new installs are scheduled. When necessary, they will schedule return trips with customers for follow up work. They maintain all invoicing information, as well as the on-call schedule for service technicians. Clear and concise communications with project/install managers, employees and customers is necessary, including keeping customers appraised as to company schedule and requested lead-times.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating roll-out install schedule with tech schedules and manage dispatches
- Must be capable of organizing and communicating the service technician or external subcontractor schedules. Brief technicians in person when appropriate
- Working with Installation Managers on reviewing tickets to ensure technicians meet or exceeded expectations, reporting any customer satisfaction issues as needed
- Recording details on completed installation orders to assist with invoice generation process. Working with technicians to ensure that all documentation/reporting deliverables are available to customer as required per the contract or SOW
- Providing support for field personnel (such as phone numbers, directions, customer info, etc.).
Education and Experience
- Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years in customer service or dispatching environment, preferably with experience in the IT industry and with understanding of basic IT terminology
- Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with ticket management or CRM system

Pay: $55,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
