We also own and manage a superb selection of office, retail and warehouse spaces in varying sizes and locations throughout Greater Vancouver.
General Accountability
This position will report directly to the Service Operations Manager and will work hands-on to sustain the grounds and gardens of various of Austeville’s portfolio of residential, industrial and commercial properties. The primary objectives in the maintenance of Austeville’s properties include the security, presentation, preservation and customer servicing of the company’s property assets.
The focus will be to maintain existing landscapes to a high standard.
Hours
40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Maintain landscapes in various settings to a high standard.
- Oversee and assist with planting and maintaining trees, shrubs, flowers and lawns.
- Protected and skilled use of a variety of power equipment including trimmers, mowers, blowers etc..
- Operate and maintain a service vehicle.
- Stock tools, materials and equipment.
- Ensure safe work practices.
- Other duties to be assigned as required.
Qualifications
- Practical experience and knowledge in a Landscape Maintenance position.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License.
- Preference given for candidates with Industry Accreditation.
- Trustworthy, loyal and reliable.
