Responsibilities

- Conduct regular security patrols of the premises to deter theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access
- Monitor CCTV systems continuously to oversee activity within the facility and surrounding areas
- Operate company vehicles safely for transportation duties, including pickups, deliveries, or site inspections
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain hygiene standards in designated areas such as lobbies, offices, restrooms, and outdoor spaces
- Assist with loss prevention efforts by identifying suspicious behavior and reporting incidents promptly




- Support law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or investigations when necessary
- Maintain detailed logs of security activities, vehicle movements, cleaning schedules, and incident reports

Experience

- Prior experience in security roles with knowledge of surveillance systems such as CCTV is highly desirable
- Background in law enforcement or related fields enhances your ability to handle security situations effectively
- Driving experience with a valid license; familiarity with safe vehicle operation is essential
- Strong understanding of loss prevention techniques and security protocols
- Ability to perform cleaning duties efficiently while adhering to health and safety standards
- Excellent observational skills combined with clear communication abilities for reporting incidents accurately
