Reporting to the Facilities Operations Manager, the Grounds Technician maintains the outdoor spaces at Dakota Dunes Thermal Spa. You will perform landscaping, routine maintenance, and seasonal tasks while addressing safety concerns proactively.
Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience and a keen eye for detail in outdoor environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain gardens, lawns, and landscaped areas
- Ensure clean pathways, patios, and outdoor spaces
- Conduct snow removal and ice management
- Inspect outdoor equipment and report deficiencies
- Support seasonal setups and event preparations
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of landscaping experience
- Valid driver's license required
- WHMIS certification preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Experience in resort environment maintenance is a plus
