Make a difference in lives as a Direct Care Support Worker with Superior Greenstone Association for Community Living (SGACL). Provide personalized support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a community setting.

As a Direct Care Worker, you will help individuals develop skills for personal goals and community inclusion. This role involves assisting with daily activities, personal care, and transportation, guided by the Individual Support Plans (ISPs).

You are expected to maintain professionalism, document key changes, and foster meaningful relationships within the community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Follow SGACL policies and uphold rights and principles
- Assist individuals in achieving personal goals and outcomes
- Support personal care,



medication administration, and meal prep
- Maintain documentation on health changes and incidents
- Facilitate community access and relationships

Requirements:

- Clean vulnerable sector check is required
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Diploma in developmental or social services is an asset
- Excellent communication skills required
- Valid driver’s license needed
