Hatch is seeking an enthusiastic new graduate to join our Project Delivery Group as an Electrical Designer. Reporting to the discipline lead Engineer, you will engage in diverse projects and assist in creating technical deliverables. This role combines teamwork and independent work, focusing on producing high-quality engineering designs within a collaborative atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate design and create contract drawings
- Develop electrical deliverables including 2D and 3D models
- Conduct calculations for voltage drop and lighting




- Maintain Motor Control Circuit (MCC) configurations
- Prepare procurement packages and power system models

Requirements:

- Recent Electrical Engineering Technician or Technologist diploma
- Proficient in AutoCAD or Micro Station
- Knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code and ISA standards
- Robust communication and analytical skills
- Willingness to travel to project sites
