In this role, you will manage patient accounts, interact with Patient Support Programs (PSPs), and use Kroll software for billing functions. As a patient-facing specialist, you'll facilitate co-pay submissions and support Retro-billing initiatives, ensuring effective claims processing.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and follow up on patient accounts and AR
- Organize co-pay amounts with Kroll software
- Reconcile payments from PSPs and patients
- Support Retro-billing processes and invoicing
- Optimize billing claims for accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years as a pharmacy assistant in Specialty Pharmacy
- At least 3 years in bookkeeping within healthcare
- Familiarity with PSP and third-party payment portals
- Understanding of patient payment collections
- Experience navigating public funding plans
