As Dishwasher, you play an essential role in the success of every service by ensuring the kitchen has the clean equipment, organized workspaces, and operational support needed to perform at its best. Your work allows the culinary team to focus on execution while maintaining the standards of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency that define Gaia House.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Maintain a continuous flow of clean dishes, cookware, utensils, and equipment to support uninterrupted service.
- Organize kitchen equipment and storage areas so items are clean, accessible, and ready when needed.
- Complete dishwashing duties efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail.
- Assist with kitchen organization, waste removal, recycling, and general operational support throughout the day.
- Support the kitchen team wherever needed to help ensure smooth and productive service.
