About the Role

The Site Lead will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the Dublin facility. Acting as the primary point of contact for the site, the Site Lead will support operational teams in resolving daily challenges, ensuring effective coordination across the facility and maintaining safe, efficient operations.

The role is also responsible for ensuring quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures are consistently followed and supporting continuous improvement across site activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Work safely at all times and report any safety concerns as they arise.
- Take reasonable care for your own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by your acts or omissions, being aware of emergency procedures including evacuation and fire precaution procedures.
- Lead the day-to-day operation of the Dublin facility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for the site.
- Support Assembly Teams in resolving day-to-day operational issues.
- Ensure QA/QC procedures are implemented and consistently followed.
- Ensure the safe,



efficient and effective running of site activities.
- Monitor site performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with the Warehouse Team Lead and operational teams to ensure effective site coordination.
- Promote a culture of safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping, organisation and operational compliance across the facility.
- Provide leadership, guidance and support to site personnel.
- Undertake any other reasonable duties as required. The title of your job does not define or limit your employment.

IMS Responsibilities

- Adhere to the Employee Handbook, Group Code of Conduct, the Group Compliance Policy, the IMS Policy, and all other applicable company policies and procedures.
- Maintain awareness of the requirements of, and their individual contribution to and impact on the effectiveness of, the Integrated Management System (IMS), including Quality, Health & Safety, Environmental and Product Compliance objectives and requirements.
- Report on unsafe acts, unsafe conditions, incidents, and injuries, quality issues, compliance concerns, violations to the appropriate personnel without delay.
- Participate in required training, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Education:

- Qualification in Operations Management, Manufacturing, Engineering, Business Management or a related discipline, or relevant experience in a site leadership role.

Experience:





- Previous experience in a supervisory, team lead or site management role.
- Experience overseeing day-to-day operations within a manufacturing, assembly, logistics or industrial environment.
- Experience supporting and leading operational teams to achieve business objectives.
- Experience of quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) procedures.
- Experience of compliance management systems.
- A professional approach, generating credibility and confidence in others whilst driving a culture of safety, quality and continuous improvement, with the ability to work on your own initiative and adapt in a changing environment.

- Strong leadership skills with the ability to support and develop operational teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships at all levels.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to resolving operational challenges.
- Ability to coordinate multiple activities and priorities effectively within a quick-paced environment.
- Strong collaborative working style, with the ability to work effectively across operational, warehouse and assembly functions.
- Demonstrated ability to utilise operational data and KPI reporting to monitor performance and drive improvement initiatives.
- Strong commitment to health and safety, quality standards and continuous improvement.
- Organised and self-motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet operational objectives.
